Villa Juhu Beach - Villas at Uthandi, Chennai

Villa Juhu Beach is a project recently launched by Arun Excello with a touch of class for luxurious living within a gated community located on ECR for a discerning few. Only six villas are planned in a seven ground property with independent access to each villa as the plot has three sides road. Each Villa of 3800 sq.ft. is a two storied structure having three bed rooms and parking space for two cars. There are three decks for each villa one facing the road and the others overlooking the swimming pool.
