Mountain Mist - This is a ten storey structure with three apartments in each floor totalling to twenty seven apartments. The site is located on the Palakkad – Kozhikode NH (step in – step out) at Tanavu junction, Olavakkode. The major advantage of the project is its proximity to the Palakkad junction railway station. It is only about 200 metres from Mountain Mist to the railway station. All the ten floors are above the stilt.
